Abstract
The Nutritive value of food is the most essential and fundamental consideration in food administration, nutrition surveys, and in the teaching aspect of nutritional education.
The nutritive value of 63, 113, and 86 for different kinds of the selected Korean foods were investigated in my previous reports No.1, No.2 and No.3 respectively.
In this report, the proximate components, minerals and vitamins of another 21 kinds of Korean foods are presented.
Methods of sampling and analysis are the same as employed in the previous studies.
The results are shown in the table.
